From choosing a course to the last worksheet, in six stages.
The courses are recorded and self-study. There is no timetable to keep and no tutor waiting for homework, so the whole voyage is yours to pace. This is how it runs, from the first click to the day your access ends.
Stage one

Pay
Your details stay on our site; your card never does. Prices include any VAT due.

Name, email and billing address: what we need to set up your access and what your receipt needs.

Card, on the secure payment page
You enter your card only on the secure payment page of our payment services provider. We never see or store card numbers.

Receipt
Our payment services provider emails the receipt. The VAT shown on it is worked out for the country you buy from.
Until your access opens you can cancel for a full refund. At checkout you ask for access to begin straight away, so the 14-day right to cancel digital content ends once it opens. The detail is in our Terms.
Stage three
Access
After payment we set up your place in the course area and email your login details.

- The most it takes for your login to arrive. Check the spam folder if it has not appeared by then, and tell us.
- 24 months
- How long access lasts, counted from the day it opens rather than the day you paid.
- Stream
- Lessons play online in your browser, as often as you like, in any order.
- Download
- Workbooks, worksheets and templates download as files to keep on your own computer.
Stage four
A study week
Two to three hours a week is a realistic pace for someone who is also running the business. A course module runs 50 to 90 minutes of recorded video that you can pause at any point, and each module ends with its worksheet. Pick your own days; this is one way it fits.

Stage six
After 24 months
Access to the streamed lessons closes. Everything you downloaded stays with you: the workbooks, worksheets and templates are yours to keep and to use in your business for as long as it runs.
Download each workbook as you reach it, and your files will be complete long before the end.
