Where is my login?
It is emailed within one working day of payment. Check the spam folder first; if it is not there, choose “Access” above.

Where is my receipt?
Our payment services provider emails it straight after payment, to the address you entered at checkout.

Can I cancel?
Yes, for a full refund, until your access opens. After that the right to cancel has ended; the Terms explain why.
